For small businesses and solopreneurs

Technology that earns its place in the business.

A small organization cannot afford a website that only looks good or software that creates more administration. We focus each engagement on the work the business needs to win, complete, or simplify.

Intelligence.
With a job to do.

AI is useful when it has trusted information, a clear task, and a defined point for human review. Explore how a common request could move through those steps.

A moment of friction

“Who can help with my request?”

A more useful outcome

A question.
A clear next step.

See how a request could move through approved information, a draft response, and human review.

How we work

One engagement.
A clear path.

Every project is different, but the work moves through six practical stages. Scope, review points, and responsibilities are agreed before development begins.

01

Discover

Understand the organization, audience, current process, and result the project needs to support.

02

Define

Turn findings into requirements, priorities, a recommended approach, and a delivery plan.

03

Design

Shape the structure, content, interface, and key interactions, then review them through prototypes.

04

Build

Develop the approved experience, connect required services, and review progress at agreed checkpoints.

05

Launch

Complete launch checks, connect the production services, and prepare the product to operate.

06

Maintain

Support updates, monitoring, content changes, integrations, issue resolution, and planned improvements.

Accessible public services

Plan for access from the beginning.

Doshida supports ADA Title II website compliance planning through accessibility reviews, remediation planning, plain-language content, accessible design and development, and documented testing. We target WCAG 2.2 AA when accessibility is in scope and document the checks and limitations that apply to each engagement. When a procurement includes Section 508 criteria, we can map those criteria into the project requirements and acceptance checks.

The Department of Justice’s Title II web rule uses WCAG 2.1 AA as its technical standard. The compliance date is April 26, 2027 for state and local governments serving 50,000 or more people, and April 26, 2028 for governments serving fewer than 50,000 people and special district governments.

This is general planning context, not legal advice. Confirm the requirements that apply to your organization.
